Shipping Policy
Shipping & Handling
Our shipping fees cover order processing, packaging, and delivery. Most orders ship from our distribution center via UPS, FedEx, or USPS and typically arrive within 2–7 business days after leaving our warehouse.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST (Mon–Fri) are usually processed the same business day.
Orders placed after that time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
During busy periods, please allow 2–3 business days for processing before shipment.
All transit times are calculated in business days.
Ground Shipping
Our standard method is Ground Shipping. Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days once shipped. Please note that transit times are not guaranteed.
Order Cancellations
To request a cancellation, please email info@framewild.com with your order number in the subject line (e.g., “Cancel Order #12345”).
We will make every effort to cancel before the order is processed or shipped, but once fulfillment has begun, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
If the package is already in transit, our team will assist you with return options under our return policy.
Address Issues & Reshipping
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
The original shipping cost will be charged again for reshipping.
Back Orders
While we do our best to keep all items in stock, occasionally a product may be unavailable at the time of order. In such cases, we will notify you by email with an estimated restock date and ship your order as soon as the item becomes available.
