Eligibility

  • This policy applies only to products purchased directly from www.framewild.com with a valid order number.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date.


Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, including all protective peels, inserts, and accessories.

  • Be in resalable condition, free from damage, wear, or modification.

We reserve the right to reject any return that appears to be used, tampered with, or returned in unsatisfactory condition.


Returns Due to Buyer’s Remorse or Change of Mind

We understand that preferences may change. If you wish to return your item for personal reasons:

  • You must return the product within 14 days in its original, untouched condition.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.


Returns Due to Product Issues

If you believe you received a defective item or your order was incorrect:

  1. Email info@framewild.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  3. If verified, we will provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

If the issue is determined to result from misuse, alteration, or accidental damage, the return may be denied.


Third-Party Purchases

Items purchased from third-party platforms or resellers (e.g., Amazon, card stores, shows, or private sellers) are not eligible for return via FrameWild.com.

  • Please contact the original seller for support.

  • FrameWild is not responsible for products not purchased through our official website.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact info@framewild.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, we’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back within 14 days, securely packaged, with the RA number clearly indicated.

  4. Once we inspect and approve the return, a refund (minus fees, if applicable) or exchange will be processed.


Fraud Prevention

To protect against abuse:

  • We reserve the right to deny returns suspected of fraud or excessive return activity.

  • Additional verification or documentation may be requested.

  • Repeated violations may result in account restrictions or refusal of future orders.


Promotional & Sample Items

  • Items marked as promotional, free, or samples (with $0.00 value) are not returnable and not covered by warranty.

  • These items are provided as-is and excluded from refund, replacement, or customer service.


Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items to prevent damage during shipping.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product defect.
